How to run a design review clients actually finish

Most design reviews die a slow death. You send a link, the client replies with a wall of text, someone screenshots the wrong version, and three threads later nobody knows which feedback is current. There’s a simpler way.

Instead of exporting PNGs and zipping them up, put your concepts behind a single review link. With Gizmonote, every version lands in one terminal-style gallery: thumbnails, a live comment count on each, and a favorite star. Your client browses the whole set in one place.

2. Let them comment where it matters

Feedback is clearest when it’s pinned to the exact spot. In the review, your client switches to NOTES and clicks anywhere on the page to drop a comment right on the headline, the button, the thing they mean. Every note is tagged with the device and viewport it was left on, so “this looks broken” is never a mystery.

3. Let them pick a favorite

Choice paralysis kills reviews. A favorite star turns “I like bits of all three” into a clear signal. Filter to the starred concepts and you know where to focus.

4. Turn comments into edits in one click

This is the part that saves the most time. Copy every comment from a page, or the whole project, into clean text with one click, then paste it straight into your favorite AI editor. Instead of hand-translating a review into a task list, you action the entire thing at once.

5. Keep it private when you need to

Client work should stay client work. Put a review behind a password page so only the people you invite can get in. Leave it off for an open demo. Your call.

That’s the whole loop: one link, comments where they matter, a clear favorite, and edits in one paste. Try it free.
